I’m Emma, a Commercial Buyers Agent who helps you secure the right property with clarity and confidence backed by practical business consulting and strategic coaching.
I’ve been in business for 18+ years across multiple industries (service, retail, eCommerce and consulting), and investing for 17+ years. I built my first business at 19, opened multiple salons, and moved into coaching in 2012. Within three years I built a multi-million-dollar consulting business and helped hundreds of business owners increase profit, build teams, and get their time back.
Along the way, I did what most people only dream about: I turned active income into long-term wealth through investing and built a life with more choice, security, and freedom.

Why the move to commercial property?
For nearly 14 years, I’ve worked with business owners, helping them build stronger businesses, better teams, and increased profits. And almost without fail, once their businesses were thriving, they’d ask the same question:

I began educating my clients on how to manage their money, investing, sharing different strategies, opportunities, and the property deals I was personally creating. Over time, those conversations turned into action. Clients started coming back to me, not just for advice, but asking if I could simply purchase property on their behalf. They trusted my experience, but they didn’t have the time, confidence, or knowledge to do it themselves.
Becoming a buyers agent was the natural next step
I chose to specialise in commercial property because that’s where I consistently saw stronger returns and better long-term outcomes. I’ve always been driven by helping people make smarter decisions with their money and build real, lasting wealth so they can live life on their terms, have fun and enjoy great experiences.
