Meet Bec

Bec is a superstar, a model student - she follows the program, does the hard work, asks the questions and actions the advice given which is why she has accomplished so much in such a short time!

When we first met Bec she was in a state of complete overwhelm, she was overworked, exhausted and disheartened.

Bec and her partner LOVE dogs, they also wanted something 'more' from their careers, so starting a pet care business was a natural fit. It would allow them to make more money and be their own boss, which in turn would bring more freedom to their lives but boy were they in for a shock!

Their business grew quickly, REALLY quickly.

One minute they were excitedly choosing their business name, the next minute they were walking more dogs than they could ever imagine and fielding hundreds of enquiries. All while making absolutely no profit at $33 an hour.

They were working like crazy and just couldn't keep up, they pushed through as long as they could but it was completely unsustainable, so the next logical step was to hire a team - thats when things really started spiralling out of control.

They had all of these staff but no proper structure or systems in place. The time they thought they would save by hiring a team was now spent managing the team and putting out constant fires and they still weren't making a single cent! Something had to give, no wonder Bec was so stressed out!

Bec had all of the ingredients, she just needed someone to show her how to make it all work, to bounce her ideas off, to strategise with...

Now she has grown to three businesses which are functioning smoothly. Bec's original business went from walking dogs at $33 an hour to selling $10,000 boutique dog care packages! Her newest venture has seen her secure a 1.6 million dollar partnership. She has watched her profit skyrocket and is able to focus on expanding all of her businesses in a sustainable way.

This all in the space of 9 months!!!
