Someone who is a Freelance Teams & Management consultant for small business owners.
You want to use your years of experience to help small business women build their teams while learning the skills needed to manage their team and create a great culture to create retention of their team.
You MUST have experience working with small business owners and their team dynamics - these people are not the same as working at a corporate level.
The role is going to be approximately 7 hours a week ongoing with room for growth.

Previous experience in owning your own business will be very highly regarded but not necessary.

As the Teams & Management Consultant, you will play an integral part in guiding our clients through both the practical and the mindset shifts they need to make within their own teams to build their DREAM TEAM.
They need to learn the skills to manage effective teams that stay with them long term because of the culture and support provided.
You’ll be a key part to their success as a business owner as this guidance from you is going to create a massive impact in their lives.
Your role is to ensure they have the kind of experience which ultimately helps them achieve this. This is super important to Greyson Consulting as it’s why we are here, to create massive impact!
Coach and guide the clients through their HR issues and ongoing team management.
Most of our clients have small teams of 3 -5 up to larger teams of 20 within their business. When they first start working with us, one of the biggest challenges they face is that their team isn’t right - which slows down the business growth.
You will help them build the right team, guiding them through removing or adding the right people in and then ongoing guidance around the management of the team.
You will do this in the form of Group calls and 1:1 Calls with the clients - completely remote, so you can be anywhere!
The way to be successful in this role is firstly for you to understand clearly how your success will be measured.
The best way to ensure that students are able to hit their goals is to make sure they are doing the work. We do this by:
You’re a freelancer so you already ‘set your own wage’ - you tell me what you want to be paid for the role that you are doing based on the experience that you bring to the team. Be prepared that your KPI’s may change from above depending on what your fees are.
