Meet Danica

Danica was 22 when she purchased her salon. She was a hairdresser, a master of the cut and colour, but she felt like she knew nothing about running a business.

10 years later, with 2 small kids, she decided she wanted her business to work for her… but she was feeling like she was on the hamster wheel.

So she decided she needed more direction and reached out to me for help – she realised that while direction was good, she had to do the work to make it work.

As you would imagine, Danica was super excited about these results.

Now, she’s on top of the financials, and knows exactly where the money goes. She’s able to scale back her hours on the floor and drop back to 3 days a week so she can spend time with her family.
