Before starting with me, Sarah was working 70 hrs a week. She was making no money and was on the constant hamster wheel of trying to figure out how to get clients through the door. She’d buried her head in the sand and didn’t want to know the details about her business.
During the first conversation with me, she didn’t think she needed help — she thought it was just something you didn’t do. She thought she should be able to figure things out on her own —but she knew it was what she needed for the future of her salon.
After signing up, she was worried and anxious about how she was going to make it work, and how she was going to be able to pay — given that she was having issues paying herself.
For the first month, she didn’t really do much, because it was Christmas time. So she really got started in January, typically one of the most quiet months for salons – and had her biggest January ever.
Now, she’s cut back her hours to 30 hrs a week. She’s gone from making $1500 a week, to over $3500 a week — by herself. She’s also travelled overseas for the first time & move into her own house.
She’s on top of her salon figures and is loving tracking her numbers and seeing her salon grow.
