Meet Katrina

Before starting with me, Katrina was working over 50 hrs a week and wasn’t making any money.

She had no control over her business. She was just working day in day out and not getting anywhere.  She was feeling like she was on the hamster wheel and not getting ahead.

When she started with me, she had a bit of a freak out and was worried about what she had got herself into – but she knew changes needed to be made, so she went into the salon and let the staff know what needed to change.

She’s feeling way more proud that she has direction and her staff are way more confident because she’s showing them the way.

Her team were getting the job done, but they weren’t doing the business side of things properly.
