Everybody Knows January Is Quiet, Right??

What are you doing to change that?

Let me ask you…

… how many hours did you work on the floor in the weeks leading up to Christmas?

I bet you were SUPER busy.

I bet December was your best cash month of the year.

I hear this all the time.

“I wish I could have Christmas Week every week – without the insane hours!”

“December is ALWAYS busy in the salon”
… because the clients are flooding in, you’re run off your feet.

“December ALWAYS brings in good money”
… YAY! Let’s buy presents! Maybe even pay ourselves this month!

Very quickly, the excitement turns to:

“January is ALWAYS quiet in this area”
… everyone goes AWAY. Right?

“The bills are always hard to pay in January”
… because the rent needs to be paid if you’re open or not.

What if the “busyness” of your salon wasn’t dictated by the what month of the year it was?

What if you could get off the rollercoaster of feast and famine at the end of the year?

What if every week in your salon could be just like the ‘busy’ weeks leading up to Christmas?

What would it mean if your average week in 2018 was your average month from 2017?

What if you didn’t have to do this many hours on the floor this time next year?

For many of my clients, that is exactly what they achieve.
… turning their average months into average weeks.
… turning their ‘busy’ weeks into their ‘typical’ weeks.

Just before xmas, one of my clients this year was actually getting a foot massage while doing her check-in with me.  Last year, she was run off her feet and doing mega hours.

The catch? This year she actually did more turnover.
That’s right, she did more turnover, while working less hours in her salon.

That’s the secret to growing your salon. What got you to this point, won’t get you to where you want to be.

Everyone wants a never-ending flow of new clients.

Everyone wants premium clients. The ones that buy the higher end services and love to be upgraded.

But they don’t just fall from the sky.

  • You’ve got to work to find them.
  • You’ve got to work to create them.
  • You’ve got to work to keep them.

So, to help you, I created a worksheet to help you bring in more clients you love to work with.
…the ones who want the type of creativity you can deliver.
…the ones that will help pay the bills, build cash flow and grow your salon.

Click the banner below, enter your details below and we’ll send you out the worksheet immediately.
