If you’re wanting to start making the money that you want to make as a salon owner.
To start living the life the way you WANT to live it.
To be in charge of your salon and your life, rather than being pulled in a thousand different directions putting out fires and dealing with problems.
The first step is always taking responsibility.
Taking responsibility for what is going on – the good, and the bad.
Responsibility doesn’t mean it’s your fault, that you’re to blame.
But it DOES mean it’s up to you to do something about it.
It’s your choice to step up and make changes.
It’s also your choice to do nothing different and stay where you are.
Because if our business is not working the way that we want it to. It’s really hard to do what we want on a personal level.
This is not a game. It’s your actual life. You are responsible for making things happen and making the change.
If you keep doing the same things you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting the results you’ve always got.
I assure you taking responsibility doesn’t mean it’s going to be simple, or easy.
In fact, taking responsibility is VERY hard.
It takes a lot of work
It takes a lot of work, effort, personal struggles, breakthroughs, learning and obviously: investment.
But the cost to do nothing is WAY higher.
So to help you, I created a simple checklist of all the things you need to be across as a Salon Owner. All the areas of your business that you need to know about. These are your responsibility as an owner. You can’t delegate this stuff to staff or managers or family or anyone else. If you’re the owner – you need to be on top of this.
So, if you’re ready to step up, take responsibility and start seeing changes in your salon – this is the place to start.
